Corporate Giving Makes a Difference

During the past year Haven Society formed a committee of volunteers from the business community who have taken on the task of securing corporate donations. Our Corporate Giving Campaign 2007 was launched at Voices for Haven – a very special event at Tania’s in March. Bruce Williams from A-Channel was our host and guests enjoyed wonderful food and top class entertainment by Joelle Rabu, Arvon Brunt, Haley Breedlove, Danielle Peacock, and Nico Rhodes who all donated their time and talent. We are very grateful to John Woods (The Mortgage Centre) Allen Peabody (London Drugs) Don Hubbard (Hub City Paving Ltd) Dave Francis (Coast Canada Construction Ltd.) and Joy Hunter (AA Advertising and Chair) for their hard work and support in getting the campaign up and running.
